Question 1

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank transfer only. At checkout you'll see our bank name, account name and account number, along with the exact amount to transfer. Make the transfer from your bank app, then upload the receipt before submitting your order.

Question 2

When is my order confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Your order is created as soon as you submit checkout and is placed on hold. Our team verifies the transfer against our bank statement, then moves the order to processing. Uploading a receipt on its own does not confirm payment.

Question 3

What file types can I upload as a receipt?

Accepted Answer

JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF, up to 5MB. A clear screenshot from your banking app is perfect.

Question 4

How much is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is not a fixed price. Calculated after checkout — Logistics will contact you with the delivery cost, as it varies by location and load size. Deliveries go out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays only. You can also choose "Take to the park" at checkout for a flat ₦500 and we drop your order at the transport park.

Question 5

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Lagos deliveries usually arrive within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Other states take 2–5 working days depending on the courier route.

Question 6

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the order number from your confirmation page along with your checkout email on the order tracking page, or sign in to your account to see every order.

Question 7

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns only for items that arrive faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered. Report the problem within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We arrange the return at our cost, and once the item reaches us and passes inspection, we refund you by bank transfer within 5 working days. See the Returns & refunds page for the full policy.

Question 8

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Accepted Answer

Yes. Receipts are attached to your order for our team only and are never listed publicly on the storefront.
